Who is God?

The answer to this question may have as many answers as there are people. Personally, I believe that God is the Creator of the heavens, and the earth. In the spiritual realm, God is the Highest of all Gods. The Good News is that God allows us to believe anything we choose about Who, or What He is. He even allows us to not believe that He exists at all. This doesn’t mean that we believe is true, but God gives each person the freedom to believe as they choose.

There are many people who form their beliefs based solely on writings from a book. There are many religious and spiritual books which use different names for God, and teach conflicting principles. Are all the books correct? Obviously, they can’t be!

Finding a God You Can Love… and Who Loves You!

Over the years my knowledge of religion(s), spirituality, truth, scriptures, and God has changed and evolved. This is a result of meditation, study, maturity, and revelation. I have always been one who wants to know the truth - no matter what it is. The greatest revelations about God’s identity, character and His relationship to me have come directly from His Spirit to mine. In many religious circles this may not be a popular statement to make - but it’s a fact.

In the Gospels, Jesus said that He would send theSpirit that will lead you into all truth. He also said that the truth will set you free. I am not promoting any particular religious belief here. But, if you want to know God - and know the truth, you can ask God for yourself. I believe that God reveals truth to people who are willing to accept it. If you think that you already know the truth... God can’t reveal anything new to you.

Here are a Few of My Revelations about God - from God

• God is much closer than I thought
• God is much smarter than I ever dreamed
• God has an astounding sense of humor
• God loves people more than I ever imagined
• God literally knows the end from the beginning

If you want to know God, be still. The very desire to know God and to know the truth comes from God. In one of the Gospels Jesus said it this way “The Father seeks those that will worship Him in Spirit and in Truth”.
